Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which subscriptions to CoManager services, offered by GVCC Solutions Pvt. Ltd., may be canceled and refunded. By subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by this policy as well as our Terms and Conditions.

1. General Terms

This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read together with it. Any terms used but not defined here will have the same meaning as defined in the Terms and Conditions.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their CoManager subscription at any time. However, eligibility for a refund is subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered during the “Refund Period”, defined as follows:

  • a. If the subscription was purchased with the assistance of an authorized CoManager representative:
    Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the date of the onboarding session or account setup.
  • b. If the subscription was purchased directly online or via an alternate sales channel:
    Refund requests must be made within 7 days from the purchase date as stated on the invoice.

4. Important Conditions

  • Only one refund will be processed per user/account, and it shall not exceed the actual amount paid for the subscription.
  • Refunds are not applicable to:
    • Subscription renewals.
    • Upgrade purchases made after the Refund Period.
    • Users who have availed CoManager through promotional codes, referral programs, or third-party EMI/credit options.
  • Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted only through our official support email or helpline. Requests via other channels will not be entertained.

5. Refund Processing

  • CoManager processes eligible refunds within 20 working days of receiving a valid refund request.
  • Refund timelines depend on third-party payment processors, including banks, payment gateways, or aggregators.
  • Users must provide valid banking details (such as account number, IFSC code, UPI ID, etc.) to facilitate refunds.
  • CoManager reserves the right to deduct any transaction fees or processing charges incurred during the refund process.

6. Exceptions

This refund policy does not apply to:

  • Users registering using referral links or codes.
  • Users who purchase subscriptions through EMI or zero-cost EMI offers provided by third-party financing partners.
