Welcome to CoManager, a software product developed and owned by GVCC Solutions Pvt. Ltd. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our web application, mobile application, and related services (“Service”). By accessing or using CoManager, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use CoManager. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

To access CoManager, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Use of Services

CoManager is provided for managing automotive business operations such as inventory, customer engagement, e-warranty management, job cards, and analytics. You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Subscription & Fees

CoManager offers subscription-based access with defined pricing plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing and plans with prior notice.

5. Data Privacy

Our use of your personal and business data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using CoManager, you consent to our data practices, including data storage, processing, and analytics, strictly for the purpose of improving our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality in CoManager, including software, logos, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of GVCC Solutions Pvt. Ltd. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as per these Terms.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited actions include:

• Reverse-engineering or attempting to extract the source code;
  
• Using the Service for unauthorized marketing or spam;
  
• Uploading malicious software or content;
  
• Violating any third-party rights or applicable laws.
  

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may occasionally suspend access for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CoManager at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or any misuse of the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

GVCC Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use CoManager. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months for the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
